Is there a free trial?
Yes — you can access the Productivity Power Up Basic course for free with no credit card required. You'll notice a real improvement in how you use AI tools. To unlock the full curriculum, significantly boost your AI literacy and productivity, and earn a certificate upon completion, you can purchase Productivity Power Up Pro.
Can I cancel my purchase?
We sell courses individually — not subscriptions. If you change your mind, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Valid reasons may apply. Terms & conditions apply. Please note that any certificate issued prior to cancellation may also be revoked.
Do you offer team discounts?
Yes — we offer team pricing for organisations and companies. Reach out via the contact page and we'll send you a tailored quote within 24 hours.
What languages is the content available in?
Every lesson is fully available in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and 中文 (Chinese). You can switch languages anytime from your settings.
What does the certificate look like, and can I share it?
Upon completing Productivity Power Up Pro, you'll receive a digital certificate you can download and share directly to LinkedIn or include in your CV.
How long does the course take to complete?
Productivity Power Up Pro takes approximately 8 hours to complete. That said, we have learners who power through it in 2.5–3 hours when learning without distractions — it's entirely up to your pace.
Is the course self-paced?
Yes — you learn entirely at your own pace with no deadlines or live sessions to attend. You can pick up right where you left off at any time.
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic covers a portion of the curriculum and is a great way to get started for free. Pro gives you the complete course, plus exclusive features including customised training and access to Discovery mode. You'll also earn a certificate of completion upon finishing Pro.
Do I need any prior experience with AI tools?
No prior experience is needed. The course is designed to be accessible whether you're completely new to AI tools or have already been experimenting on your own.
How long do I have access to the course after purchasing?
You'll have 12 months of access from the date of purchase to complete the course at your own pace.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support a wide range of Malaysian payment methods including FPX, credit and debit cards, e-wallets, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Atome and SPayLater, as well as other major Malaysian payment platforms.
Can we track our team's progress and completions?
